About personal data protection policy

The purpose of the personal data protection policy is to acquaint subscribers and other persons who cooperate with the company MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o. with the purposes and basis of personal data processing by the company MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o. and the rights of individuals in this area.

At the same time, this policy further clarifies the consent to data processing.

MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o., as a service provider, undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of service, online and other services. He will use the collected personal data exclusively for the provision of his services.

Other information that the user voluntarily enters into the forms on the website
For the correctness of the entered data of the user’s page, the company MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o. does not respond.

Rights of individuals

The company ensures the exercise of individual rights without undue delay and in any case within one month of receiving the request. The company guarantees individuals the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data:

The right of access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data are being processed in relation to him or her.
Right of correction
The data subject has the right to correct inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay.
Right of deletion
The data subject has the right to have his or her personal data deleted without undue delay.
The right to transferability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him which he possessed to the company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form.

MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o. is obliged to protect all personal data in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Under no circumstances will we mediate or provide access to personal or other information third party, unless required to do so by the State authorities, if such an obligation is provided for by law, or for proceedings before courts or other public authorities.

Implementing a privacy policy

All full-time or part-time employees, as well as legal entities that provide services for the company MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o. and have access to personal and other data of users, are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of confidentiality of personal data. The duty to protect personal and other data is valid indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the company MTS – TRANSPORTNA LOGISTIKA d.o.o.

The personal data protection policy is valid from the date of publication or from 1 January 2020.
